We currently deliver anywhere within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, at this time, rentals cannot be facilitated outside of the United Kingdom.

Sadly if you’re renting with us here at The Cigar Holder Rental, we have a limit of one Cigar Case per customer.

Once the item has been safely returned to our warehouse using the prepaid label included in your order, you are more than welcome to rent more of our selection next time!

It’s important that you return your rental within the rental period, as our items have back-to-back reservations. If, for any reason, it looks like you can’t make your scheduled return date, please contact us via the Contact page on the website.

The Cigar Holder reserves the right to charge a late fee for each day after the last day of your rental.

Send back your rental(s) using the pre-paid return packaging provided.

You can rent each item for min 5 or 30 days.

Your rental will be delivered on your chosen start date before 6pm. If you need the item by a specific time, we advise selecting an earlier start date to avoid disappointment. Please note, The Cigar Holder cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

You will receive tracking information from the courier once your rental is on its way to you.

You will receive a tracking number when your rental is on its way to you. Please make sure you are in to receive the package, otherwise you may have to arrange a redelivery at your convenience. Please bear in mind that redelivery may not be available until the following day.

Oh no! Have you checked the tracking information provided? If you still have no luck and your rental has not arrived by 4pm on the rental start date, please contact us via the Contact page on the website.

Please contact us via the Contact page on the webiste to receive a replacement label. 

You are responsible for safely returning your rented item(s) no later than the final date of your rental period.

1. Place the rental in the reusable bag it arrived with and attach the pre-paid label provided to the top of your package. Seal securely.
2. Drop your package off at your local DHL collection point on the specified return date, making sure to keep proof of postage as this has your tracking number.

 Any cancellation made, will incur a charge of 30% of the rental fee.

You are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own.

A Security Deposit is required for all our items. This is a refundable charge, separate from the rental fee, and is held on your card for the duration of the rental. The deposit will be released once the item has been safely returned. Please note that the release may take several business days to process, depending on your bank.

The Cigar Holder reserves the right to retain the Security Deposit in the event of damage, loss, or any other reported issue.
