Product received did not meet my expectations of a previous version of this product. Unfortunately this is beyond TCH’s control as Xikar has significantly deviated from it’s original (perfect) design and created a significantly inferior product. The Ashtray in question is still a good in-car ashtray, unfortunately it’s just not the ashtray I wanted/needed. TCH contacted me swiftly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
