Including the highly anticipated Cartier Privé collection.

Cartier has once again dazzled watch enthusiasts with its latest collection unveiled at Watches & Wonders. The Maison’s lineup features the Cartier Privé collection, reiterations of the Tank watches, Santos-Dumont models, and women’s one-of-a-kind wristwatches.

The Cartier Privé collection is always highly anticipated by fans of the brand, and this year’s entry does not disappoint. The collection includes the Tank Normale in different treatments, boasting a classic Roman numeral dial inside a brushed-finished rectangular case. Available in modern 32.2mm x 27.8mm dimensions, this timepiece is limited to 200 units per colorway, with yellow gold and platinum case editions paired with alligator straps and sapphire or ruby cabochon crowns. A matching bracelet in yellow gold or platinum is also available in limited runs of 100 units per option.

The Privé collection also includes 50 skeleton renditions of the Tank Normale, which operate on the Maison’s signature skeletonized movement with a 24-hour complication. Additionally, an extra 20-piece limited-edition diamond-set platinum skeletonized Normale has also been announced.

The Tank watches are also back in the spotlight, with new models such as the slim yet curvy Tank Américaine and the sophisticated Tank Louis. The Tank Américaine comes in three different sizes, with cases made of stainless steel or rose gold and additional diamond-embedded options. Meanwhile, the Tank Louis features minimalist and retro designs, with plain lacquered dials in rich green or Bordeaux red hues.

The Santos-Dumont and Santos De Cartier models are also part of the latest collection, with new designs that align with the iconic silhouette of the Santos Dumont. Available in platinum, rose gold, and yellow gold builds, the models feature Roman numerals made of jasper, jade, or dumortierite. They are also equipped with Cartier’s brand-new 9629 MC automatic skeleton movement, fitted with 18 jewels and a 43-hour power reserve.

The Santos De Cartier watches, available in medium and large sizes, feature a radiant green dial and an ergonomic fit. The hallmark 8 exposed screws are scattered around the bezel, along with signature features such as the railroad minute track, Roman numerals, and sword-like hour and minute hands.

Additional skeleton watches called the Santos-Dumont Skeleton collection are also revealed, which includes three limited production colorways – yellow gold with blue lacquer, rose gold with a burgundy-hue strap, and stainless steel with a gray strap. The Pasha model is also available in a 41mm rose gold case, with a hollowed-out skeletonized design that still boasts 30 meters of waterproofness. Additionally, Cartier unveiled their most complicated skeletonized timepiece, a pocket watch that functions as a minuter repeater, flying tourbillon, and perpetual calendar all-in-one, in a modern 35mm diameter.

The Baignoire timepiece has been reimagined for 2023, and the new design is a hybrid between a watch, a collectible, and a piece of jewelry, with a bezel that fits and slips effortlessly onto wrists. Available in rose gold, yellow gold, and diamond-pavéd builds, all versions are attired with a compact Roman-numeral dial design.

Cartier’s Clash [Un]limited jewelry watch is an instant statement piece that combines finesses with power, with alternating satin and brushed-finished gold interlinked with rose or yellow gold and shimmering pearlescent tones. Available in a diamond-paved body and monochromic embellishments or a colorful palette of gemstones ranging from chrysoprase, black spinels, and tsavorites to coral.

Finally, Cartier’s Watches & Wonders lineup includes the La Panthére model, which depicts the iconic panther in a bold, graphic, and sculptural design. The watch comes in yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold with an allover diamond pavé and imcoporated tsavorites, with the panther closing its jaws on a black lacquered dial. The head of the panther seamlessly connects to an integrated bracelet with no visible hinges, providing a smooth fit around the wrist.
