The Polestar 4 is set to make its debut at the Shanghai motor show this month, and speed enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating its arrival. The Swedish automaker has already given us a glimpse of this electric car, which takes inspiration from the slim and clean design of the previous Polestar 3, albeit in a slightly smaller size. According to Autocar, the Polestar 4 is expected to have a battery life of 373 miles and incorporate sustainable materials, which have been previewed in Polestar’s earlier concept cars.
The car is likely to offer rear and four-wheel drive options, similar to previous iterations in the Polestar lineup. Polestar CEO Thomas Inglenlath stated that, “This car is slightly smaller [than the 3], but we will not compromise much on the interior length. It’s slightly more ground-hugging and has a bit more of a coupé type of roofline.”
Polestar is ahead of the timeline for the Polestar 4’s release, especially considering that the Polestar 3 SUV has yet to hit the market. Despite this, the Polestar 4 promises to be a game-changer, blending sustainability with speed to deliver an exceptional driving experience.
